What inspired you to begin investigating your topic or inspired you to make your project?:
After four years of me pushing him to prepare for college, my kid decided to skip a four-year school in favor of a metalworking apprenticeship. But, despite peer pressure to "make" him go to college, I am proud of and relieved about my son's choice. How did I get from a walking cliche of a helicopter parent to Maker Mom? This is my story.
