Karen Diggs is a Certified Nutritionist, Chef, Culinary Instructor and Chief Fermentation Officer of Kraut Source. She is also the author of Happy Foods, published by Viva Editions. Her main passion is to engage everyone to make their own lacto-fermented foods at home, and to educate people on the health benefits of eating unprocessed, home cooked foods.
