Program the Micro:Bit and build a fun and colorful coaster

World Maker Faire New York 2018

September 22nd-23rd

Presentation Electronics

During this workshop, Digi-Key will walk you through the setup process for the Micro:bit, then demonstrate how to program it to create a coaster featuring the Kitronik ZIP Halo. The individually addressable LEDs on the Halo can be customized to feature any colors you’d like via the user friendly block programming from the Micro:bit.

After the workshop is completed, you will walk away with a fully assembled coaster, a basic knowledge of programming, and hopefully a desire to explore and Make something awesome!
