The future of our food system is as scaring as exciting. We are facing several challenges and an increasing number of food makers are working hard to make valuable solutions able to shape a better future. Come to hear about four main trends and the food makers working on making them real. We’ll talk about the future of proteins, agro-innovation, circular systems and food care.
Chiara Cecchini
Chiara is Future Food US Director. She has a MSc in International Management and a MSc in Food Innovation (UniMoRe, Italy). Based in California, she is also a Research Scholar at Food Science and Technology at UC Davis. She is a selected member of Barilla Center Food Nutrition Foundation, Unleash, as well as a Research Affiliate at IFTF. She writes for The Spoon, Food Tank and Make:.
