Shawn Hymel
Shawn is an Electrical Engineer working for SparkFun Electronics making the next generation of open source tools. He is currently a member of the Marketing and Communications team to showcase new products, build interesting projects, and create online videos that teach people about electronics. He can be found giving talks, running workshops, and swing dancing in his free time.

Mike designs and builds functional prototypes that explore the intersection of functionality with whimsical absurdity. His aim is to inspire, educate, and entertain. The results can be messy, but are always fun! Mike's work has been featured worldwide in print like Wired, The New York Times, and Popular Science. His projects have been on Jimmy Kimmel Live, Discovery, and The Science Channel.

Made in Canada, Paige grew up crafting and building. Out of this love for creating, she pursued a BFA in product design from Parsons in NYC. Since then she's done work for Martha Stewart, Sunset Magazine, Fossil, Crate & Barrel, among others. Now, she has the most fun ever as a designer and content creator for instructables.com, making a range of projects from 3D printed thingamabobs to furniture.

Born a natural storyteller, Josh is honing the craft to this day. He cherishes the different aspects of movies including writing, cinematography and directing. Josh’s filmmaking experience covers the spectrum from hardcore no-budget documentaries to polished corporate propaganda, homemade stop motion, and experimental art films. He strongly believes that a good video must first be a great story.
Jonathan Odom
Jonathan Odom is a maker, artist and designer based in the San Francisco Bay Area. He has been an assembly line worker, special effects artist, architect, video artist, professor, and product designer. He has designed and built everything from parks to coffee brewers.
