Makers Of LAIKA: The Invisible Artistry Of Stop-Motion Rigging

Maker Faire Bay Area 2018

May 18th-20th

Presentation Engineering

Every animated LAIKA film features an uncanny interdepartmental collaboration between makers, artists and scientists. In this session, Oliver Jones will define practical rigging techniques that still exist in a world dominated by CG/visual effects. Rigging, done by hand, by LAIKA's unique makers.
