Six Years of Maker Camp: Tips and Reflections

As an early Maker Camp Affliate, I've learned a lot in the last six years. I aim to share what I've discovered, so that others can make their programs better or start a new ones. Audience participation and brainstorming is thoroughly encouraged as we all build a better Maker Camp together.
Sandra Roberts
Roberts is an NJ certified K-8 teacher with specializations in math and science. She started her professional career as a biochemist, working in a lab for years. But after having children, she discovered the joy of teaching. Roberts has worked in both formal and informal educational settings, dedicating herself to creating fun, accessible, hands-on science education.
