Glowforge is a desktop laser that uses a beam of light the width of a human hair to cut, engrave, and shape designs. This exhibit is a hands-on opportunity to experiment with a glowforge and leather craft design.

I'm a avid maker from a long line of makers. I learned most of my practices from my grandmother in the Blue Ridge Mountains of North Carolina. I have a doctorate and studied the intersection of making practices, economics, and wellbeing.
