Mead (honeywine) is the most ancient and easy to make fermented beverage known to humankind. American Homebrewers Association Director Gary Glass will demonstrate the equipment, ingredients, and techniques need to make this delicious beverage at home.
Gary Glass
Gary Glass has been director of the American Homebrewers Association since 2006 and has been with the Brewers Association since the year 2000. Gary started homebrewing in 1993 and has been hooked ever since. He is a Beer Judge Certification Program judge as well as a judge for the Great American Beer Festival and World Beer Cup competitions.
