Make: author Ji Sun Lee and her daughter Hannah Kim will share the projects and lessons they learned on their nine-year journey with the Tech DIY project in using soft circuits to teach about sensors, transistors, and timers.

Ji SunLee
Ji Sun Lee is a professor in the department of Visual Media Design at Sookmyung Women's University in Korea. Her projects range from mobile app development to data visualization. She has presented her works at Bay Area Maker Faire 2008, 2015 and 2016 and staged a solo show at MediaNoche gallery in NY. Her TechDIY project grew out of her desire to share her love of technology with her daughter.
Hanna Kim is in 5th grade at elementary school and pretty famous techie girl in Korea. Her projects were introduced on Korean television and news. She was a keynote speaker at Samsung Open Source Conference 2015 and interview with Linus Torvald.
