FabMo is local, all-volunteer nonprofit annually rescuing 70 tons of beautiful, not-otherwise-available designer materials from disposal, making them available to all interested for their creative reuse, celebrating the makers & their creations.

What inspired you to make this project?:
Visited designer showrooms over last 20 years, realized that something new must displace something discontinued, which was subsequently trashed. Began to divert these treasures into classrooms and elsewhere. Now diverting over 70 tons annually from otherwise destination - landfill - into receptive hands of creative makers.
