Beef Jerky is a food item which dates back to many ancient civilizations as a means of preserving what would surely go to waste due to a lack of refrigeration. We will give a presentation of the basics of meat preservation using common ingredients.

Head chef and owner, Randall Hughes graduated from U.C. Davis in 1999 with a B.S. in Nutrition Science and has been cooking for over 30 years. His inspiration for jerky recipes comes from his vast culinary knowledge and worldly travels.
