Neil Hrushowy
Neil Hrushowy is the manager of the City Design Group in the San Francisco Planning Department. The City Design Group provides urban design services for the City of San Francisco, combining the disciplines of city planning, architecture and landscape architecture. Its responsibilities include placemaking, design review, design innovation, urban design policy, and research, with a portfolio that ranges scale of parklet to neighborhood-wide public realm plan.

Libby Schaaf
Mayor Libby Schaaf was inaugurated Oakland, California’s 50th mayor on January 5, 2015. A native Oaklander, Mayor Schaaf previously served one term as a member of the Oakland City Council. A former Council chief of staff and top mayoral aide to Jerry Brown, Mayor Schaaf has two decades of public service experience that began while she was a young attorney leading volunteer efforts in Oakland.
