Bill Waiste is an expert in food preparation, safety/handling, & kitchen operations. He has 30+ years in restaurant operations, management, and consulting, and has been a Certified Trainer for the NRA’s Serve-Safe food handling programs since 2002.
This session teaches procedures for handling food safely in the home kitchen. It applies to people entering food service in commercial kitchens as well as those thinking of starting their own food business at home under the Cottage Food Law.
