Joan Gundermann Joan Gundermann has been farming organically for close to 30 years. Her sister Cathy Miller has worked for her and in other agricultural fields. Cathy just purchased a 25-acre farm in Elgin, Texas, with her husband Don. They work as a team. Both farms grow certified organic vegetables & fruits.
