35 year -old visual artist/ veteran analog, verite filmmaker.Former film projectionist for music acts: the Butthole Surfers,ST37, Gorch Fock, and the Austin Psych Festival. Lori studies most subcultures and enjoys media hacking. Lori likes to reuse discarded media and film materials by turning it into projected experimental ART. She turns outdated educational films into themed collage art. It is often set to circuit- bent music or wonderously orchestrated difficult sound effects & 8-track recorder mag loops. This visual artist likes the unseen, the obscure and the unusual. Lori is a native of the San Francisco/ Berkeley Bay Area and resides in Texas. She has also produced seven fine art-shorts/ collage films in 16mm and super 8mm format. Her greatest mentor is (Bay Area)Master Filmmaker: Craig Baldwin.
