All Hands Rene Muhl
Based on the theme of transition and depicting the passage of time from youth to old age, this sculpture will be created onsite using resin castings of hands.

ArduWiino Christos Polemankos
An experiment in using the Arduino to access the functionality the Wii controller for unconventional applications

Batastic Patrick Cupp
The artist will make replicas of Batman's batarang, a bat-shaped throwing weapon, in various materials, from resin to cold flexible foam. He will also sculpt a batman mask on a head cast of himself, then will mold and cast it in latex.

This bicycle has both sculptural and electronic modifications.

Bioelectric Light Sequencer Logan Keech
This bioelectric light sequencer explores the patterns generated by making several heartbeats visible at once. The different rhythms are sensed through an infrared opto device.

Bubo the Copper Owl Carl Bajandas
This large copper owl sits on a branch. But this wise bird didn't come from a nest, but rather from an electrolytic machining process gleaned from Steampunk Workshop's website.

Circuit-Bent "Easy" Button Mattheiu Brooks
Make a fun instrument by circuit-bending an EasyŽ button that you can buy at any Staples office supply store. The switch in the upper right activates the bend and the potentiometer tweaks the bend. "Tha-a-aaat was eeeeaaaaasy!"

Enlarged Sliding Puzzle Matthew Marchand
This five-foot-square sliding puzzle includes 15 squares that slide around to form a puzzle. it is made of plywood and particle board.

Exercise Vehicles Ramiro Rosa
Take a ride to burn some calories and add some juice to the grid. Test these power-generating exercise vehicles, an ellipticycle, treadmill-cycle, and rowing machine.

PAC-4 Golf Ball Launcher Angel Cabrales
What would happen of the military industrial complex called "Fore!"? Here's a guess. This one-third scale Patriot Missile launcher shoots golf balls. It is a major part of an interactive piece in development, and you can see the Makers tinker with the launching system.

Reel Retro Jordan Dupuis , University of North Texas
Reel Retro combines hacked cassette tapes and players to create a sonic wave. A single piece of tape is threaded through three tape players, all playing, while one records and two play. The recorded sound echoes through the other tape players in real time.

Swimming Linda Bernal
In this elegant piece of kinetic sculpture, circles of mylar spin in an out of sync with one another.

Whirlygigs holly burroughs
Found parts and off the shelf parts combined with plexiglass and vellum sails, attached to hobby motors, run through PIC interface, operated by the viewer. Intended to make the viewer giggle and feel like a kid again.
