About the Maker(s)

Ann- Denise Anderson Ann- Denise Anderson
I live in Fort Worth, Texas and am married to a great man and a mother of five. I continuously surround myself with family and friends, constant celebrations of love and laughter. I am inspired by color, textures and moods. I look to create from my heart with an open mind and to inspire others to create from their hearts as well. My main choice of medium is paper. I love old paper! So many uses and so readily availble and inexpensive. I will be featured in the Sep/ Oct issue of Somerset Studio Magazine ,The art of paper and mixed media magazine. The featured article will spotlight an original creation of mine, a Halloween Prop inspired by old book pages and crepe paper and vintage photos. Most of my art is sold through the internet and some local shops. I am a firm beleiver of staying focused and passionate about my trade and using my imagination to carry me through. As Mark Twain stated, " You can not depend on your eyes if you imagination is out of focus."
