Cheesemaker/Brewer for eight years at the Traffic Jam. I am a proponent of real milk(raw) and real cheese(made from raw milk) and most of all eating locally. Local food creates community and if there is anything the world needs now it is a greater sense of community. I hope that what I do contributes to that end.
