I will be teaching a workshop for the Homegrown Village on how to make yogurt at home.
I'm a mostly self-taught urban homesteader that is trying to live as sustainably and ethically as possible. Living on a 1/4 acre my family and I are striving to produce as much of our own food as possible. Our newest additions are two dairy goats. Eventually we hope to add meat chickens (we currently have layers) and rabbits.
