Arlo Pelegrin
Arlo Pelegrin is a wandering zoologist who has worked in Costa Rica, Finland, Austria, Laos, Arizona, and Oregon. Originally from Colorado, his alanguage and folklore studies brought him to Tacoma and then to Southeast Asia, where he became intensely interested in insects and other invertebrates. He earned an MS in Zoology studying the evolution of Arizona's giant waterbugs and has been bouncing from job to job around the world ever since. He is currently a substitute science teacher at Boulder High School in Colorado.
