Pandora's Trunk Storytime Runway Show

Location:   Cypress  Outside Stage   

This group of local artists and designers presents a twisted re-construction of a traditional runway show. Each group of models become thematic characters in a narrative whole. This story will include live string accompaniment, reconstructed and recycled clothes from ten different designers, as well as a pair of audio dresses that each comprise either a speaker or a microphone, and create feedback and music as they move about.

Pandora's Trunk is a loosely associated group of artists, designers, performers, freaks, weirdos, and geniuses working out of San Francisco to market and promote independent business, especially fashion design. There is an emphasis among the designers on sustainable production and goods.
