ArtCars are 100% street-legal vehicles that have been permanently modified into artworks. These aren't parade floats, they drive on our highways and byways every day, and ArtCar Fest (the Bay Area's annual ArtCar event in Sept) is exhibiting a nice sampling of ArtCars at Maker Faire.
