Gerald: Team Moon

Gerald is powered by a two-wheel, gyroscopicly stabilized drive with a custom interchangeable gear box. It's a fully invertible drum bot that competes as both a heavyweight and as a superheavyweight multi-bot with little sister Emily. Gerald weighs in at 205 lbs or 335 lbs, depending on configuration. The 80 pound drum spins at 4000 rpm's with two 1.5"x1.5" S7 tool steel teeth. It's protected by 1/4" to 1/2" titanium with shock mounted 1" thick 4130 side deflectors and optional 5/8" thick coil-shock mounted AR-400 top armor.
