Maker Faire Austin 2008
Recycled Reversible Gift Pouches

It's fun and easy to make attractive gift packaging that can be used over and over again instead of ending up in a landfill after only one use.

My reversible version utilizes fabric scraps and imitates the look of a gift bag, tissue, and ribbon all in one. It requires only the simplest of sewing techniques. If you can sew a straight line, or are willing to learn, you can finish this project in less than 30 minutes.

The recipient will love the opportunity to recycle their gift pouch the next time they give a gift.
