Collin Welsch graduated from the University of Texas in 1995 and the University of Houston Law Center in 1997. After practicing law for about 7 years and having two children, she decided to pursue her dream of a career in art. Collin incorporates bright color and bold design into her paintings. She adds a touch of humor to each piece ultimately hoping to make people smile.
