Maker Faire Austin 2008
Bazaar Bizarre Craft Fair
Bazaar Bizarre began in 2001 in the Boston-area as a group of friends and acquaintances cobbling together their handcrafted DIY wares to sell and staging an offbeat entertainment extravaganza. In 2004 Bazaar Bizarre spread to LA and Cleveland. In 2006 Make magazine included Bazaar Bizarre as part of the Maker Faire in San Mateo. The Bazaars in Boston, Cleveland and San Francisco happen every year during peak holiday shopping season. The 2008 Austin Bazaar Bizarre will feature 50+ quality indie crafters and designers from across the country.

About the Maker(s)
All the Bazaars couldn't happen without the help and support from numerous organizers and volunteers--too many to mention. Jamie Chan and Blas Herrera are the co-organizers of Bazaar Bizarre SF and Maker Faire (San Mateo & Austin).
