Yes, it’s possible to stumble upon a passion and fulfill a dream late in life. Alicia Parnell became so passionate about making fresh food that she began selling wholesale to a few grocery stores and then opened a deli-type “To Go” eatery and kitchen in Burlingame, California in 2006.
