Kathy Cano-Murillo is a nationally-syndicated newspaper crafts columnist and founder of CraftyChica.com. She is the author of six books, three more on the way -- two of which are fiction. She hosts the series "Crafting with the Chica" on LifetimeTV.com, and has been featured on HGTV, HGTV Canada, and DIY Network.

Kathy makes and sells a line of Chicano art with her husband, Patrick, and together they run ChicanoPopArt.com.

She currently works for Duncan Enterprises where she has designed the Crafty Chica product line, due in stores nationwide this summer. She has two kids and four Chihuahuas and loves giving new life to old things!
