Syuzi Pakhchyan
Syuzi Pakhchyan is a user-experience designer and tinkerer working and residing in Los Angeles, Calif. Her work explores the intersection of culture and technology through the experimentation, investigation, and design of interactive technological systems for a range of cultural
contexts.
She received her BFA from UC Berkeley and her MFA in Media Design from the Art Center College of Design. Her work in fashion and technology has been exhibited at Eyebeam, an art and technology gallery in New York, as well as at the Fashion Future Event, Maker Faire 2006, and the 2006
Emerging Technologies Conference.
Her designs explore and encourage ludic activities that celebrate the quirky and the speculative, and reflect on personal experiences as well as cultural narratives.
