I am a musician and performance artist living in Los Angeles. I play drums, compose, and improvise in many musical genres and mixed media capacities - dance, film, and theatre. I also choreograph visual/gestural installations. As a soloist I create long, surreal narratives, synthesizing my experiences and tastes through experimentation with form, sound, and movement. Most of my creations rely heavily on improvisation within a
framework of unpredictable encounters with materials, instruments, circumstances, personas, and general aesthetic interests.
