ALERT uses computer vision fiducial markers placed in an environment to communicate instructions to iRobots, allowing participants to create meaningful environments for robots and engage in competitive and collaborative interactions with the system. AME ALERT
ALERT is a research group in the Arts Media and Engineering Program at Arizona State University. Our group consists of Natalie Freed, a computer science student with cross disciplinary interests; Camilla Nørgaard Jensen, an AME researcher with an industrial design background; and Byron Lahey, an AME researcher with a background in sculpture.
