Our workbench will demonstrate how the Nueva Middle school art program works with students to increase their artistic perception through the making and the understanding of mechanical and Interactive Art. The projects that are going to be on display were done throughout the school year. These projects vary from pinball machines, GO cars, robots, surprise boxes to interactive-interface video pieces.

The Nueva School/Daniela Steinsapir
Daniela Steinsapir is an interdisciplinary artist and teachs interactive video and electronic art to middle school kids. She is always exploring new ways of experimenting and making art. Her teaching philosophy is about developing a strong creative process towards an interdisciplinary art practice and her teaching style inspires passion for lifelong learning by encouraging real life experiences to her students.
