I’m developing a Stirling-cycle heat engine that will operate on solar heat. In addition to demonstrating the engine, I will also show tools and methods to simulate and measure engine performance.

I have been designing and building things since I was a small child. Finding creative, low-cost solutions to engineering problems and building things are my favorite forms of recreation. My current work on solar-powered heat engines provides abundant challenges.
