Gerard’s Paella


We'll be preparing a chicken and shrimp paella cooked with chicken thighs, wild-caught texas shrimp, onions, garlic, tomatoes, smoked paprika and saffron. Our vegan paella is a little lighter, but still bursting with flavor.
