rebecca (marks) leopold is an artist, writer and programmer. Her work has been exhibited at the International Center of Photography, SITE Santa Fe, Knockdown Center, NurtureArt. She is a recent graduate of NYU's ITP.

the Em😶ji Palette is an online tool for making artwork with emoji data. The system enables a viewer to access, sort and manipulate over 14,000 found images from the comfort of their own phone.
What inspired you to make this project?:
I feel that http://emoji.ink/ limits a user's creative choices. I wanted the user to be able to make cool drawings but also see how the emoji designs differ across platform.
