Sam Feller is a mechanical engineer living in Somerville, MA. A while ago, he realized that the goofy, awkward thing he had going wasn't a phase he would grow out of, so he should probably just run with it.
The Analog Voltmeter Clock started as an Arduino prototype and came to life as Kickstarter backed, custom circuit board. Power optimized, interrupt driver code drives dual analog voltmeters, drawing less than 300 microAmps in a custom housing.
What inspired you to make this project?:
I really like my projects to be functional and useful and provide an opportunity for me to learn something new. My grandfather had an old WWII telegraph box, which inspired the style, and then the project itself was an opportunity to learn circuit board layout and sheet metal design.
