What inspired you to make this project?:
Almost everyone has eaten chocolate, but most people have no idea how its made or where it comes from. We wanted to make chocolate making and sourcing more transparent for the public so purchased portable size equipment to do offsite demos and teach classes for people to learn about chocolate making.
