What inspired you to make this project?:
California is blessed with an abundance of small organic farms that produce a surplus of fruits + vegetables year around. Preserving these crops allows residents to eat locally year round and support the farmers that care for our land. The skills are simple and easily taught, plus people love making their own food, it feels so natural, healthful and gratifying.
