Start with $500 & a Power Wheel. Get some new batteries, new motor, some nice new tires. Tie LEDs to the hood. Sprinkle it with glitter. Maybe a feather for class. Put it on the track. Race it for glory and trophies.

A drunken night of boredom in an alley with friends.
