Eleframes designs quality, customizable photograph displays that bring life to apartment walls. Through innovative products and meaningful interactions, we strive to offer an unlimited number of design choices to complement every space and style.
What inspired you to make this project?:
I've built photograph displays as presents for my family members for the last eight years. Two years ago, I was designing a 3D printable (modular, interlocking) display to give to my mom and I showed it to a friend during a conversation about entrepreneurship. He loved the idea, though he really wanted to step away from 3D printing so we could share our product in an inexpensive medium with a lot of friends.
I'd seen a number of my friends struggling to hang displays in their dorm rooms. At that point, everything clicked. And I knew this was a project I wanted to see through, all the way to mass production.
I shifted from working on autonomous robots to working with cardstock. It's a simple idea, and it's let me reach out to, learn from and teach more people than I would have ever conceived possible when I entered college.
