Gluten-free, low- and no-sugar organic treats featuring traditional Viennese (European) flavors and ingredients, locally sourced. Raw, vegan, and Paleo options are available. Hands-on poppyseed grinding demonstration!
What inspired you to make this project?:
I have always enjoyed sharing my baking passion with friends and family. I love combining traditional European flavors with modern health and dietary needs. The California Homemade Food Act provided a great opportunity for me to start my own home bakery!
