Chef Kelly Manzo, owner at A Spice Above, has had a passion for food since childhood. She attended Kendall College where she studied the Classic French Cooking Methods. She started her own business and now travels the country marketing her food.
A Spice Above gourmet spice blends are used to make dips, spreads, dressings, rubs, & desserts. Visit our booth to taste a sample & see a special presentation!
What inspired you to make this project?:
We were inspired to create A Spice Above because we wanted find a way to combine our passion for food with a way to see the country selling our products. This has become a great way to travel and market our products all over the nation.
