Kids Crafts: Storytelling   Michaela Murphy
Taken from her memoir-in-progress, The Green Monster, Michaela Murphy tells the story of how serendipity and the kindness of a stranger helped her to get her little brother to the 1981 All-Star game that changed both of their lives. The story is approx fifteen minutes long and it is a real whirlwind. I have told it all over the U.S via The Moth and for several younger audiences and it really engages them. It is basically about how taking a great leap of faith can bring about miraculous events.
