How to get to the San Mateo County Expo Center

On-Site Parking
All parking for Event Center is through the Saratoga Drive Entrance Gates. Event Parking is $8.00 per car. (CASH ONLY — credit cards and checks are not accepted.)
Free Parking and Shuttles
Free parking and shuttles are available at the following satellite locations:
- Hayward Park Caltrain — 2 shuttles — Starts 1 hour prior to show opening, and runs continuously throughout the event until 1/2 hour after show closes. Sat/Sun.
- Franklin Templeton Parking (1 Franklin Parkway at Saratoga, across from Whole Foods) — 3 shuttles — starts 1/2 hour prior to show opening, and runs continuously throughout the event until 1/2 hour after show closes. Sat/Sun.
Public Transportation
BART — Take BART train to Millbrae station. Connect to SamTrans buses 390 or 391 to El Camino and 25th Avenue. Walk 2 short blocks to the San Mateo Expo Center. Buses run every 15 minutes.

SAMTRANS — From San Francisco take the express bus KX (catch bus along Mission Street – stops between 1st and 9th) to Hillsdale Shopping Center. Walk 6 blocks north or hop on the 390 or 391 buses to El Camino and 25th Avenue – walk 2 short blocks to Expo Center. Bus is approximately 50 minutes to Hillsdale Shopping Center from San Francisco.

CALTRAIN — Take train to Hayward Park Station. Exit east side of track. FREE shuttle to Event Center (runs continuously from 1/2 hour prior to event, until 1/2 hour after event ends). From downtown San Francisco (4th and King St.) it is approximately 33 minutes to Hayward Park Station. You must have a ticket before you board the train — purchase at station.

Bicycle Valet
FREE bike valet service located on the corner of 25th and South Delaware Street – across the street from the West Gate. Bicycle locks are encouraged.
Secure Valet Bicycle Parking is provided by the Silicon Valley Bicycle Coalition.
Bike valet hours:
- Saturday May 3rd. 9:00 am – 8:00 pm
- Sunday, May 4th. 10:00 am – 7:00 pm
BIKE ROUTE FROM MILLBRAE BART STATION:
- Right on N. Rollins Rd. (go 1.5 miles)
- Jog over to the right at Broadway, make immediate left at California Dr. (go 1.5 miles).
- Turn left at Peninsula Ave. (go 0.4 miles).
- Turn right at N. Delaware St. (3 miles to Maker Faire).

There are only a few rooms left at the Crowne Plaza:
